How to Make a Hip American Quilt

Over the past month, I somehow lucked into Etsy, an online marketplace to buy and sell beautiful handmade work, from art, fashion accessories to baby/children products. Every time I'm there, I seem to find something that I really like (at a good price too).
The most recent object of my desire is this Gavin quilt. While I can't say I'm a big fan of quilts (since most of them tend to be too flowery and old-fashioned for me), this one certainly caught my eye. This cool modern baby quilt is made with modern print fabric and warm unbleached cotton flannel by a creative mother of three boys in Canada. She also has some fun baby tees, blankets and aprons.
If you have a moment, take a look through Etsy and jamtartbaby's shop.
